01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout all sections:

• "Platform" means the php877 website accessible at php877.bet, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, tools, and features.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the php877 registration process.
• "Player Funds" means any Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within your php877 account, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine government-issued identification number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your php877 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and any instructions or actions taken through your login session, regardless of whether those actions were performed by you directly or by a third party who gained access to your credentials.

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and must not share your username or password with any other person.
• Each player is permitted exactly one php877 account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify php877 support immediately via live chat or email.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Philippine mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times.
• php877 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to temporarily restrict account access pending the outcome of such verification.

php877 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication asking for your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on php877 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). php877 does not apply currency conversion fees, and there are no hidden transaction charges imposed by the platform on standard deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. GCash and PayMaya deposits are reflected in your account balance in real time following successful e-wallet confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard bank processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed the KYC identity verification process. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID). Withdrawals to GCash for fully verified accounts typically process in under five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank settlement times.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system. In the event of a technical error during a game round, php877 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.

07 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account under any identity, whether your own or a third party's.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or age verification documents.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in table games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured game parameters to generate winnings that would not arise under normal gameplay conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the php877 platform — including but not limited to the php877 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, interface layouts, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of php877 or its licensed content providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

• php877 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or data loss events, and accepts no liability for losses arising from such events outside of its reasonable control.
• php877 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. php877 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
• php877's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the php877 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact support via live chat or email and request permanent account closure. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

php877 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A requirement to do so under PAGCOR regulatory instruction or applicable Philippine law.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, php877 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation and PAGCOR guidance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the php877 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and php877 relating to this Agreement or any transaction on the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through php877's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory procedures.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above channels, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

php877 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Philippine law, platform features, or business operations.

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via a notice displayed within the platform dashboard.
• The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
